After 25 years of building platforms through global financial systems, I came to Abu Dhabi to build the infrastructure layer that the GCC startup ecosystem still lacks: the connective tissue between founders, capital, and the fractional talent that can help them scale.

I have designed ISO 20022 payments architecture for a G-SIB, built analytics platforms for European central banks, and delivered complex regulatory and risk platforms across MiFID, Basel III, and GDPR. I also founded and scaled Marionete, a frontier tech consultancy serving Tier 1 banks and government agencies, where I pioneered open-source-first architecture in enterprise financial services.
