* Nearing fifteen years in the MSP space with vast experience across the IT spectrum, working across varying industries with office staff sizes from under five to over two hundred through
support to engineering roles
* Analyzing requirements to create technology stacks most beneficial to client needs and to
be highly supportable, maintainable and future proofed
* Heading company initiative to become a cloud first company. Creating internal systems for moving clients into AVD environments, including internal employee training for support, documenting SOPs, minimizing costs, and creating monitoring/alerting notifications to minimize potential service disruptions
* Creating and successfully completing projects migrating approximately 1200 users and 13 clients into AVD environments over the past two three years
* Designing, implementing, and documenting projects including server migrations, workstation replenishments, wireless replacements/build outs, physical to Azure server
and data migrations
* Replacing and expanding networks to keep up with client demands – need for PoE, updated
firewalls, networking design and equipment
* Handling ticket escalations from help desk/junior engineers
* Onboarding new clients, documenting site out for remote help desk support,
recommending upgrades to best support client’s business
