At my previous job, I managed to build a creative department from scratch, starting as Creative Manager all the way up to Head of Creatives in 1,5 years.
At the dawn of it all, I was responsible for everything: ideas, creative concepts, copy and scripts, art direction, video producing, cooperating with freelancers and outsource production teams, editing videos myself, analysing the metrics -
repeating the cycle over and over again.
In 2024 one of my ads won a festival award (best OLV video), and by the beginning of 2025 I had a loving team of 8 bright professionals, functioning as a small in-house creative agency.
