Mag. Natalie Cvikl Postružnik has been active in communication management, leadership, marketing, and advertising since 1995, and since 2012 also in HR management and talent development. She combines expertise in IT, journalism, linguistics, and management, where she is pursuing a PhD on employee development.
In 2013 she founded Insights d.o.o., a company for discovering and developing human potential, twice nominated for Best Educational Institution (LLA). Under her leadership, Insights received the Horus Award (2022), the Organizational Energy Award (2022), and SME Excellence recognition.
She is a certified Executive Coach (AoEC London), Equine Assisted Coach, NLP Practitioner (USA), and CSR & Sustainability Strategist/Manager (DOTR, ESRS Expert). She has led projects on gender balance in management (Include.all), intergenerational cooperation, and the international program Equal Power to the Women.
Her programs focus on communication, engagement, and personal growth, including the Insights Personality Academy for unemployed individuals and initiatives for youth and senior employees. She collaborates with SPIRIT Slovenia, IRDO, and the University of Maribor, and mentors within various national schemes.
Recipient of the Effie Award, PiarNaKvadrat Personality Award, multiple “Best Lecturer” titles, and Special Recognition for Social Innovation (2024), she is also a long-standing jury member for the Horus CSR Awards and the Golden Thread project.
