I am a Reliability Engineer with a strong background in maintenance and reliability engineering principles, including RCM, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and Total Productive Maintenance. I’m highly experienced with CMMS and EAM systems such as Maximo, BMRAM Infor, and ProCal, and I use data-driven decision-making to improve asset performance through metrics like MTBF, MTTR, OEE, and lifecycle cost analysis.
Before transitioning into reliability engineering, I worked in electrical transmission at American Electric Power, gaining hands-on experience with protective relay schemes and SCADA systems for high-voltage networks. My earlier experience in healthcare and emergency medical services helped me develop strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills that continue to serve me in engineering environments today.
I take pride in mentoring others, improving maintenance data systems, and applying engineering principles to make operations safer and more efficient. I hold a Reliability Leader Certification and am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology at Excelsior University.More...
