I’ve recently completed my Master’s degree in Applied Sport Sciences and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. My background allows me to combine analytical thinking, understanding of human behaviour, and evidence-based approaches to performance, motivation, and well-being.
Alongside my studies, I worked full-time for three years as a Back Office Manager, where I was responsible for daily operations, client communication, organisation, and administrative processes. This experience strengthened my ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks remotely, and communicate clearly with clients and teams.
I’m currently interested in remote projects where I can contribute through research support, client communication, content creation related to health and performance, project coordination, or operational support. I’m highly organised, reliable, quick to learn, and comfortable working in digital environments.
