Working as a casual letter carrier at Canada Post has afforded me the flexibility to pursue my true passion: supporting non-profit organizations. My ultimate goal is to secure a fully remote position that allows me to contribute to non-profit causes from anywhere in the world. For further insight into my involvement with non-profits, please visit intheirshoes.ca.
Equipped with a diverse skill set and essential tools (both Mac and PC), I am primed to excel in a remote work environment. With a background in graphic design, I am proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Given the choice, I would devote myself entirely to illustration, utilizing Adobe Illustrator and Fresco. Furthermore, I am currently pursuing a Google UX design certificate to enhance my UX design skills and proficiency in Adobe XD. My educational journey also includes a year of photojournalism study in Calgary, providing a strong foundation in photography.
In addition to my creative skills, I bring 5 years of administration experience, further enhancing my ability to excel in various professional environments. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I successfully transitioned to remote work, demonstrating my ability to work autonomously and efficiently to achieve objectives.
My commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is one of my greatest strengths, cultivated through years of direct interaction with the public. As evidenced in my attached resume, I consistently engage with individuals in a professional and courteous manner.
I am eager to leverage my expertise, strong work ethic, administration experience, and proven ability to work independently in a remote capacity in a role aligned with my professional aspirations. If you believe my background and skills would complement your team’s needs, I welcome the opportunity to discuss how I can contribute to your organization.More...
