Technically-minded production manager and process developer with over 15 years of experience in plastic
injection molding and industrial manufacturing. Most recently worked in the pharmaceutical industry, managing
GMP-compliant cleanroom production (A;B;C;D zones), leading teams, and overseeing production planning and
execution. In the past five years, have been at the core of several production start-up projects, including team
onboarding and technical training. I have developed workflows, workplaces, processes and quality control to have
the best outcome.
I have been using ERP, LEAN, SMED, Microsoft programs etc... for everyday production.
Over the past years, I have developed and implemented comprehensive training programs, ensuring a
high standard of skill and competence among team members. I played a role in designing and setting up
the ISO7 cleanroom, planning the optimal layout and placement of machinery, managing equipment and
