Florencia is an experienced Sustainability Project Lead with over ten years working at the intersection of circular economy, corporate sustainability, and innovative environmental solutions. She has led high-impact projects across Latin America, including a flagship flexible plastics recycling initiative that achieved more than 6,000 tons of recovered material and strengthened ethical, transparent supply chains for major global brands such as Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Unilever, and Ball.
