Jiboku Kolawole Olusegun is a seasoned finance, risk management, and internal audit professional with over 20 years of progressive experience across the financial services and capital market sectors in Nigeria. His expertise spans financial reporting and control, enterprise risk management, internal audit, treasury operations, corporate governance, investment management, and regulatory compliance.
He currently serves as the Head of Finance & Risk Management at NASD Plc, where he oversees financial control, treasury and investment operations, statutory reporting, budgeting, risk management, and board-level reporting. In this role, he has led the design and implementation of enterprise-wide risk management frameworks, strengthened governance processes, enhanced business continuity planning, and coordinated strategic financial reporting to support executive decision-making.
Prior to this, he pioneered the Internal Audit Function at NASD Plc as Head of Internal Audit, establishing audit structures and risk-based control systems for the self-regulatory OTC securities exchange. He played a key role in strengthening internal controls, regulatory compliance, fraud investigation processes, and enterprise risk monitoring.
Professionally, he is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a RIMS-Certified Risk Management Professional from the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS). He also holds additional certifications in Data Analytics, Forensic Accounting & Fraud Investigation, and Taxation & Fiscal Policy.
