With over 7 years of hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, team leadership, and digital product development, I’ve been fortunate to work across various roles that shaped my understanding of what it takes to bring an idea to life and scale it.
Before Najeminas, I served as Chief Operating Officer at eFlamingo – a gaming platform focused on play-to-earn mechanics. I led a team of developers and designers, took charge of problem-solving on a daily basis, and helped build the entire project from scratch as a co-founder. My passion lies in solving complex challenges, building motivated teams, and creating user-centered solutions that bring real value.
