Aynsley Smith is a dedicated educator and counselor with over 15 years of experience in fostering student development and well-being. She provides meaningful, personalized counseling strategies to a variety of clients and their caregivers. Aynsley's commitment to creating inclusive educational environments have lead her to be part of her school and divisional leadership teams. Passionate about lifelong learning, she regularly conducts workshops on mental health awareness and emotional intelligence for both students, faculty, and caregivers. In her spare time Aynsley helps coach and manage a variety of sports teams, supervises the student social justice group and LGTQIA2S+ group, helping with the school musical production and variety night, volunteers with the local food bank and sits on the board of the local art centre promoting local artists of all capacities.
