With over 11 years of experience in the mental health, disability, and community services sector, I bring a deep commitment to supporting individuals through person-centred, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented care. My professional background spans diverse roles including emergency respite coordination, face-to-face carer coaching, crisis intervention, behavioural support, and NDIS service delivery.
I hold a Diploma in Children’s Services, a Certificate IV in Disability, a Certificate III in Business Administration, and I am currently studying towards my Diploma of Nursing. This combination of education and hands-on experience allows me to support clients with both compassion and clinical insight.
I have specialised experience supporting individuals with complex needs, including diabetes management (Type 1), suctioning and intensive chest physiotherapy, as well as lived experience navigating mental health recovery and caring for family members. This has strengthened my ability to meet clients where they are—offering practical, emotional, and strengths-based support that is grounded in empathy and real understanding.
I am passionate about creating safe, empowering spaces for people to grow, heal and achieve their goals. Whether working with adults, children, or families, I lead with kindness, consistency, and a genuine belief in each person’s capacity to thrive.More...
