Sarah is an Arizona native with three adult children. She is married to her high school sweetheart. Sarah retired from a career as an Executive with the Maricopa County Superior Court, the 4th largest county in the United States. In this role she was the Deputy Chief over the juvenile probation department and oversaw the Community Supervision Bureau. She changed the trajectory of youth lives through systematic changes in juvenile systems helping to improve the lives of youth.
Sarah is an accomplished with over 21 years of progressive experience in juvenile justice and government administration. She had an extremely diverse background in operations, project management, casework management, budget and procurement, training curriculum development, drafting policy, research and analysis, Human Resources, and strategic planning.
