For over 30 years, I’ve led innovation and transformation work across complex, multicultural environments, helping organisations navigate periods of disruption where clarity, trust and timing matter as much as strategy itself.
My work focuses on how people make sense of change: how messages are interpreted under pressure, how behaviour shifts (or doesn’t), and how learning, communication and leadership decisions interact in real systems. I’ve seen repeatedly that poorly designed or weakly supported change creates disruption without delivering outcomes — and that effective change requires commitment, not just intent.
As Director of Innovation and Transformation at BoxMedia, I’ve led initiatives spanning change communication, learning strategy, behavioural insight and technology-enabled delivery, translating strategic goals into approaches that people can actually engage with and act on.
I’m the author of the Data Analytics Foundation Certificate, and my background combines behavioural science, learning design, communication intelligence (CQ) and digital innovation. I’m particularly interested in how organisations balance data, technology and human judgement during periods of uncertainty.
