Randeep Sudan is Founder and CEO of Multiverz, a Singapore-based tech social enterprise, and currently serves as Lead Consultant to the World Bank developing a diagnostic toolkit for smart cities. With over 40 years of experience spanning government service, multilateral organizations, and entrepreneurship, he served as Practice Manager at the World Bank (2012-2016) leading a global team of 60+ ICT experts and establishing the Identity for Development (ID4D) initiative. During his tenure with the Government of Andhra Pradesh (1983-2007), he pioneered India’s first state e-government strategy and, as CEO of APFIRST, grew IT exports 75-fold while developing the Cyberabad tech hub that now employs over 600,000 professionals. He has advised policymakers on digital transformation, designed major initiatives including Ghana’s $60M tax modernization PPP and Mexico’s MexicoFIRST program that trained 100,000 IT professionals, and built strategic partnerships with governments and technology leaders worldwide. His current work focuses on integrating strategic foresight with digital transformation, developing spatial intelligence frameworks for urban development, and creating AI-powered platforms for social innovation.
