With over a 15 years of experience in environmental, land use, urban, economic, social, health, governance, tourism, and comprehensive policy, David is passionate about creating resilient communities through strategic collaboration. He holds a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Puerto Rico with additional academic preparation in Law, Philosophy, History and Political Science. An agriculturalist impassioned by the efforts and strength of community organizing.
