As the Executive Director of the Youth Empowerment Summit (YES), a nonprofit based in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Damien has dedicated his life to helping youth recognize their potential through storytelling, introspective writing workshops, community engagement, and leadership development.
Born in Chicago and raised in Green Bay, Damien brings both street wisdom and professional insight to his work. With a degree in Digital Media Technology, certifications in Audio Engineering, Drone Technology, and Peer Support, and a background in corporate sales and leadership, he is uniquely positioned to inspire transformation from the inside out. His personal journey, marked by resilience, redemption, and relentless advocacy, fuels his mission to break cycles of violence, poverty, and underachievement.
Damien is also the visionary behind initiatives such as Cash Out Never Crash Out, Make My Story Matter, and Dads That Do, empowering young people to lead, protect, and uplift one another. Known across the region as Mr. Green Bay, he uses his platform to champion justice, unity, and opportunity—believing that when we change the story, we change the outcome.
