I know Inventor, Solid Works, Mechanical desktop, and Auto Cad.
I have 30 years of design and manufacturing experience. So I do understand the workings of a factory and what it takes to make things.
I took a number of projects form start to finish, My last big project was a ground up redesign of a four-wheel drive articulating tractor I have done complete redesigns of tractors, zero turn mowers, walk behind mowers, mower decks and many attachments. And Designed a large shrink wrap machine for a client in 2014. Designed a group of five automated laser inspection machines.
I have done some interesting work on fans for truck loaders. In 2010 I designed a small truck loader from scratch. No one else there had a clue so I took it on. So I got a couple of books on blower design and added a few ideas of my own. Designing a completely new style fan and housing that turned out to out due the competition and also at a reduced noise level then the rest. I am a very innovative thinker. I feel comfortable out of the box.
And I usually manage to find the most cost effective way to do it.
I am a very mechanically inclined person that can figure out most anything. And once I understand it then I can design it, make it, or, fix it. I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty. I can do and have done most anything. I am just as at home either designing or making things. I can see in my head what I'm going to design before I even start.
I have 30 years of sheet metal and weldment experience with both carbon steel and stainless steel, and have done some welding myself including oxy-acetylene welding cast iron.
I actually have many skills. I can and have design and build most anything. I am good with hydraulics. I designed or at least had a part in design probably 75% of the wire harness's that are in use at Schiller Grounds Care Inc. I did probably 90% of the trouble shooting on the assembly floor.
For fourteen years before I went into Engineering I owned and operated a transmission shop and machine shop. I rebuilt and modifiedMore...
