Steve O’Sullivan is the Head of Supply Chain Operations at M&P O’Sullivan, where he oversees end-to-end logistics, inventory strategy, and supplier performance across the business. With over 15 years’ experience in FMCG and distribution, he has led major network redesigns that reduced lead times and improved on-shelf availability. Steve is passionate about using data-driven planning and collaborative supplier relationships to build resilient, customer-focused supply chains.
