I’m Head of Marketing & Communication at RTL Belgium, where I lead the strategy for some of Belgium’s most iconic media brands — RTL tvi, RTL club, RTL plug, RTL play, Radio Contact, bel RTL and Contact MAX.
My role goes far beyond traditional marketing: I shape brand positioning, design and execute full-funnel 360° campaigns across TV, radio, digital, social and DOOH, and build high-performing marketing structures by splitting ATL & BTL activities, driving CRM, data-driven performance marketing and audience growth.
Over the past years, I’ve also spearheaded major business & marketing transformations:
- Implementing smarter workflows and CRM architectures with Monday.com,
- Developing B2B strategies to strengthen advertiser relationships and drive revenue.
Alongside this corporate role, I work as an independent consultant helping companies design marketing strategies, implement CRM & automation flows, and scale efficiently. I love turning complex ecosystems into clear, data-driven growth machines — from funnel design to tech stack integration.
