I enjoy working in a role where I am encouraged to learn and grow as I work. The two things I always keep in mind for my work are: stagnation is the enemy of evolution and don't complain if you aren't willing to be part of the solution.
My greatest strength is as a closer. Historically, I am the person sent in when there's an outstanding invoice, a site sitting in beta for too long, or a product development that has stagnated.
