I am currently involved with maintaining and aligning the Montessori pedagogy across all the branches through classroom observations, coordinating need based workshops and helping new employees in their onboarding process. I help the leadership team make decisions regarding classroom policies and meet with classroom teams to engage and support their needs through mediation.
I also assist on new tours of prospective admissions and engage with parents to communicate about their children's progress individually or along with the class teams.More...
