In the past quarter, my focus has been on enhancing the effectiveness of our training programs. We have implemented new strategies, including a shift to more interactive learning, to accommodate our diverse team. This has resulted in a 50% increase in employee pass rate in training sessions.
Our development programs have also seen significant progress, with a 20% rise in employees taking on leadership roles post-training. However, we have identified a need for more specialised training in certain departments.
