I am Rendani Netshia, a South African software engineer, creative entrepreneur, and storyteller at heart. I currently work as a Specialist Product Engineer at Absa Group, where I design and build secure, high-performance systems using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and cloud-native technologies. My work supports critical banking infrastructure, compliance, and innovation in one of Africa’s leading financial institutions.
Before joining Absa, I gained valuable experience at FNB South Africa and Mobinomics, where I worked on digital banking platforms, automation tools, and customer-centric solutions. These roles sharpened my skills in backend systems, DevOps pipelines, full-stack architecture, and team leadership.
Beyond the 9-to-5, I’m building NetSpace Core (Pty) Ltd, a registered tech startup that empowers small businesses with custom-built software, AI automation, and CRM systems. Through NetSpace Core, I lead multiple micro-SaaS projects and AI tools — including platforms for AI-generated music videos, podcast production, and visual content automation using tools like Supabase, Lovable, Stripe, and N8N.
I’m also the host of Rendy Space Music Lounge, a podcast blending gospel jazz, storytelling, and soulful creativity. My musical work includes AI-assisted compositions and children’s storybook production under the brand “Learn the Bible with NOLA.”
