My journey has given me a strong understanding of how organizations can gain competitive advantage through technology, customer-centric service delivery, and effective project execution.
I began my career in 2007 as a Project Administrator at Business Connexion, where I built a solid foundation in project governance and delivery. Through dedication and continuous learning, I advanced to the roles of Strategic Project Office Manager and Project Manager. My time at Business Connexion’s Transition and Project Management Business Unit was instrumental in shaping my leadership approach, equipping me with the skills to manage complex projects and align technology initiatives with business objectives.
At Massmart, as the Value-Added Services IT Project Manager, I was responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of financial service products, including virtual airtime, prepaid utilities, bill payments, bus and ticketing services. This role further honed my ability to lead diverse teams, manage vendor relationships, and deliver projects on time and within scope. My strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities have been key to my success in these environments.
My commitment to growth and accountability led to my promotion to Product Manager: Value-Added Services, where I managed VAS, Reconciliation and Settlement, Helpdesk, and Reporting functions.
Currently, I serve as the Operations Manager at MobileMart, where I am responsible for ensuring seamless VAS integration and the reliable operation of our infrastructure. My focus is on driving efficiency, service availability, and innovation in support of MobileMart’ s mission to provide dependable, technology-driven value to customers and partners in the Value-Added Services.
