Currently employed at McMillan Shakespeare Group as the Design Manager working in the financial services & NDIS fields, I am dedicated to creating inclusive user experiences that meet the needs of all individuals. With over 8 years of experience in UX design, I have a strong background in the end-to-end design delivery process to ensure that products are intuitive and easy to use. My focus on accessibility ensures that our products are not only usable but also inclusive, and I have played a key role in the development of accessible finance portals, apps, and other tools in the NDIS space. I work closely with my team to ensure that our designs are accessible, and I provide guidance and mentorship to help them grow and develop in their roles.
