Board director and senior executive with 25+ years of experience across investment banking, telecommunications, consumer finance, healthcare, education systems (higher education and K–12, including special education) and real estate. I have served on—and chaired—the boards of 12+ mid- and large-cap organizations in Chile and Latin America.
Recognized for tripling profits at Chile’s largest investment bank and positioning the organization among Latin America’s Top 100 Best Workplaces (Great Place to Work).
In education, I bring 10+ years of university teaching experience, with teaching excellence recognition for three consecutive years at the University of Chile, and five years of K–12 school supervision for blind students through Fundación Luz. This work focused on instructional quality, inclusive education, teacher capability-building and student experience.
Academic Director of the Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership in Public & Private Management at the University of Chile. Co-author of Presidents Leading Change, a research project conducted with John Kotter (Harvard) based on interviews with 12 former heads of state, including two Nobel Peace Prize laureates.

• Vice Chairman, Fundación Luz (Foundation for the Blind) — Chile’s oldest and largest institution for the visually impaired (100+ years). Led governance and audit oversight while supervising the K–12 school. Implemented emotionally-informed teacher training and inclusive education practices, significantly improving student-perceived service quality.
• CEO, Investment Bank of Banco de Chile — Tripled profits; organization recognized among Latin America’s Top 100 Best Workplaces.
