User Research and Engagement: Designed and executed a comprehensive user research plan with clear objectives. Led outreach initiatives to engage users timely and effectively. Wrote detailed user interview guides and led the user interviews based on those guides.
User Interviews and Workshops: Conducted user interviews and workshops across various user groups, including First Nations, Métis, Inuit, and urban Indigenous communities. Synthesized findings into a comprehensive User Research Report detailing needs, trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Problem Statement Development: Created a clear and validated problem statement from the users’ perspective, ensuring alignment with user needs and project goals.
Roadmap and Prototype Development: Developed a product roadmap and created low- and high-fidelity prototypes, MVPs, and pilots based on extensive user research. Used the Ontario Design System for designing digital prototypes.
