Ravindra started his career in 2000 as a Civil Engineer after securing Diploma in Civil Engineering in 1999. After working for three years in construction execution, he transited to Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration. Ever since he has been involved with construction dispute resolution assignments on various levels. Enriching 20 years of experience has made Ravindra an impeccable asset for the organization especially in dispute resolution matters.
After working for 5 years in Sri Lanka with China Harbour Engineering Company and Anura Ekanayake Engineering & Construction Company, Ravindra moved to Middle East in 2005 to join Al Turki in Oman. Later, he worked with Trafalgar Technical Services in the UAE before joining Milcris in 2012. He has been working with Milcris in the capacity of Assistant Manager- Commercial and Contracts where he leads the ‘Dispute Resolution Division’.
During the tenure of 21 years of working, Ravindra has had opportunities to work in various sectors such as Roads & Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Airports, Hospitality & Leisure, Residential & Commercial while carrying out number of assignments in Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration and Dispute Resolutions.
He has a proven record of several Dispute Resolutions and Expert Witness assignments wherein he successfully delivered inputs
