Noelle is a seasoned communications leader with over 20 years of experience spanning academia, the United Nations, and international and national non-profit organizations. She currently serves as Communications and Events Department Head at a leading microfinance NGO in the Philippines, where she built her own department and now leads the organization’s communication and marketing strategies, brand development, and storytelling initiatives.
Her global career includes serving with Save the Children International in Iraq, where she led high-level campaigns and international media engagement, and the UN Food and Agriculture Organization in Laos, where she supported strategic communication and advocacy programs supporting vulnerable communities.
Recognized for her expertise in strategic communications, branding, events management, multimedia production, and capacity building. Noelle has directed major organizational communication plans, facilitated international media missions, and trained multicultural teams across Asia and the Middle East.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Development Communication, a Diploma in Business (International Entrepreneurship), and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
