A senior executive with over 30 years of experience leading finance, operations, and organizational
transformation, Rick has built his career by partnering with CEOs and business owners to drive strategic growth,
profitability, and long-term value. His leadership spans private and publicly traded businesses
across homebuilding, energy, technology, franchising, and construction.
Rick has executed multiple ESOP transitions, led enterprise-wide ERP implementations (NetSuite, Oracle E1),
managed M&A and integration initiatives, and rebuilt finance and HR infrastructures to align with company
growth. He is deeply experienced in advising on capital structuring, change management, and operational
alignment.
He most recently served as CFO of AR Franchising (AR Homes), the nation’s largest franchisor of luxury custom
homebuilders, and held finance and operational leadership roles at Meritage Homes, Legendary Communities,
