I’m Enida Bogdani, and my journey has been one of diverse experiences, each adding a new layer to my skills and understanding. With a background in project management and a deep passion for community development, I’ve had the privilege of leading impactful initiatives that bring people together and drive meaningful change.
One of my proudest moments was managing the “Shif&Bej FILMA” (just closed the 3d edition) project at RVSH-TRIAD 1988. Leading a multidisciplinary team on a project that combined creativity, strategy, and a clear mission allowed me to put my planning and communication skills to work in a truly rewarding way. This experience taught me how much can be achieved with careful organization, open communication, and an engaged team.
As the Executive Director at the Albanian Volunteer Network (Civil Society Organization based in Albania), , I designed youth-focused programs that fostered civic engagement and personal growth for young people. Seeing these initiatives take root in my community has been one of the most fulfilling parts of my career. Alongside my work, I’ve also enjoyed crafting compelling content strategies and producing digital communications that resonate with diverse audiences. Social media and digital tools have been essential in expanding our reach and building a stronger community.
Fluent in —English and Italian I am passionate about connecting with people from all backgrounds. I’ve found that language and cultural understanding are invaluable in today’s globalized world, opening doors to collaboration and learning at every turn.
I’m driven by a desire to make a difference and inspired by every new challenge. Each project I undertake reaffirms my commitment to growth, both personally and professionally, and I’m excited to see where this journey takes me next.More...
