My name is Dan Birsa and I moved in 2022 and live now in Bucharest, Romania, having Romanian and Republic of Moldova double citizenship, also having the possibility to easy relocate to other regions
As can be seen from my Resume, I have achieved results in various fields and companies. In the FMCG sector - working in companies such as Unilever and British American Tobacco, in the automotive field - I managed car dealers for the brands as Renault, Peugeot and Subaru, in the winemaking field - I was managing the Commercial Departments of Moldovan wine market leaders, in procurement and logistics - a vast experience formulating and tracking processes and controlling starting my job at the US Embassy in Moldova and continuing in executive management positions, in the hotel business - Managing 3, 4 and 5 star hotels in the Republic of Moldova, in the constructions and development market - management of the start-up of the representation of the Cirasico company in Romania, in the Retail field - managing the largest gas station network in the Republic of Moldova - Petrom Moldova (member of OMV Group), managing until april 2024 a Romanian company in the DIY field. Starting April 2024 I do offer consulting service in Management and business trouble-shooting (thru my company Meldava - as example for the North Bucharest Investments, Bitcoin Romania and STEP IT Academy companies – examples descripted in the attached Resume).
In each of the related areas and companies, I perceived experiences, but more importantly, I met people and teams, which were the key to success. Whether I had 5 people under my command or over 1,000 (total), my goal was to capitalize on all resources, especially human, but also technical, financial or temporal, in order to achieve the expected final result, which was an effective capitalization of the contribution of each participant of the team managed by me.
