For over 18 years I've been the IP + NewTech Lawyer. I was involved in various NewTech and IT related projects (from licensing agreements to business framework creation) in various roles (legal advisor, supervisory board member, CEO). Since 2012 I'm a partner and co-founder of KOLEGIAL - a law firm that helps IT/NewTech/Art entrepreneurs in legal field in Poland. Currently I'm focused on Introducing foreign software and tech companies to the Polish market by incorporating entities in Poland. I'm involved 360-degrees legal-wise in management and organizational issues. Sometimes the incorporation is intended to be temporary - in those cases I am also managing the liquidation procedures.
I worked with international license agreements (from standard, to SaaS formats) and franchise agreements as well as international distribution and supply agreements.
