The greatest pleasure in my career has come from receiving positive feedback from customers. Nothing is more gratifying than realizing the product you created or service you provided has made life easier for others, and they sincerely share that emotion with you.
My work has accordingly been shaped around this. I constantly strive to improve the customer experience. Whether it's the experience gained directly from using the product, customer service, the sales process, or marketing communications - positive customer feedback is the best reward I can receive.
For almost 15 years, I have been working in tech. I have been a project manager on both the vendor and client side. I have participated in building 4 different startups from the ground up as a commercial and operations leader. For almost 9 years, I worked at Vabaco, a software development agency that we started with a team of 5 people and turned into one of the leading technology companies in Georgia, with over 100 employees and multi-million revenue. I left the company with pride, knowing I had contributed to something significant.
I've always been the go-to person for my coworkers whenever things need to get done. Whether something needs to be negotiated or a creative solution must be suggested.
I really enjoy communicating with people. Even when I'm not working, I like having conversations and friendly arguments with my close friends and family. We often end up discussing politics, the economy, freedom, and other philosophical topics. I often can't help but share my views with anyone interested, and I love hearing different perspectives.
