Lefteris Voutsas is a Communications Consultant specialising in strategic messaging, public image, and reputation management across the political and entertainment sectors.
He began his career in media, working as a Special Partner at MEGA TV and Executive Producer at SKAI TV, before building over seven years of experience as a freelance copywriter and content strategist. Through these roles, he developed a deep understanding of narrative construction, audience psychology, and the mechanics of visibility in contemporary media.
He currently serves as a Communications Consultant at Panik Entertainment Group, where he supports the strategic positioning and public image of a diverse talent roster. In parallel, he has worked as a Scientific Associate at the Hellenic Parliament, advising a Member of Parliament on communication strategy, media relations, and reputation architecture. He is also the founder of UpperComms, a communications consultancy focused on political communication, reputation systems, and crisis strategy.
Academically, he holds a Master’s degree in Political Communication in the Digital Era from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
