With over 20 years of experience in photography, design, new media, and web development, Sean Mollitt began his career in the 1990s as a graphic designer and freelance art director for several leading agencies. During this time, he also taught computer graphics and 3D animation courses at Dawson College. In 1995, alongside Michael Pawlowsky, he co-founded E-Design Inc., one of Montreal’s first internet and new media companies, which was acquired by Quebecor Multimedia in 1996. In 1998, he co-founded Conceptis Technologies Inc., a global leader in publishing and online training for healthcare professionals employing over 140 people, later acquired by WebMD in 2005.
Sean’s work in interactive online training earned him international recognition, including two Milia d’Or awards at Cannes in 1999 for Medical Cybersessions (Education & Training, and the Special Jury Prize for Innovation), and a Boomerang award in 2000 for healthcare website design (theheart.org). He has since contributed to multiple entrepreneurial ventures, including the launch of Zoom Académie, developing training programs for the fashion, television/media, and event management sectors.
Blending his visual creativity with digital expertise, Sean now focuses on photography, video production, and immersive interactive media under his brand FOTAU.com
