During my work experience in the past 15 years with Retail Management, Operations, Inventory Mangement and Assets Protection/ Loss Prevention field, I have successfully implemented strategies that significantly reduced shrinkage and increased overall store profitability. I've led a team of associates that I’ve onboarded, trained, and developed and maintained a safe and secure environment for both customers and employees. I've also been instrumental in developing and implementing Inventory Management procedures and policies that resulted in drastic mitigation of theft incidents, increased efficiency and maximized associate productivity. I’ve also built business partnerships with local Law enforcement and District Attorneys whilst working multiple Organized Retail Investigations that resulted in over $100k of recovered inventory. I’ve also organized multiple hosted events within the store involving at risk youth, local sport teams, that was broadcasted by multiple news outlets. My expertise in retail logistics, operations, risk management and security systems has been pivotal in safeguarding assets, ensuring a secure environment that runs efficiently.
