Cassi Dymond is a successful restaurateur in New Orleans, a commercial and residential real estate agent with McEnery Residential and managing partner of Kalimera Construction and Consulting. After working in the foodservice industry for over 25 years, she wanted to be able to help fellow restaurateurs locate and renovate brick and mortar spaces.
Cassi oversees client communication and design phases of the construction arm as well as consulting with kitchen layout, health code regulations and overall flow of the space.
