Michelle became Interim President of Maximus UK in January 2026, having already made a significant impact since joining as UK COO in December 2024. In that role, she transformed the company’s target operating model and strengthened its foundations for future growth.
Previously, Michelle held the role of COO and Chief of Consulting, Transformation and Service Delivery at Capita Public Services. She oversaw the delivery of technology-enabled services and digital business processes, while also leading on governance, risk, health and safety, business transformation and organisational insight. Managing a £2bn portfolio and a team of 10,000, she guided large-scale service transformations from strategy to execution. She also led Capita’s internal transformation agenda, shaping how the organisation works, develops and delivers change.
