RJ Guha established matrix entertainment in 1992 as a leading booking agency in Toronto Canada. Having spearheaded the launch of many touring and recording projects for a multitude of artists through matrix, and later, through kindling music/EMI/Warner Bros, RJ has now entered the film business since 2010. Previous experience includes teaching at post secondary vocational colleges, Harris Institute and Metalworks Institute.
