I am a development professional with extensive experience in program management, capacity building, and partnership development, with a strong focus on delivering complex projects in fragile and low-resource contexts. Over the course of my career, I have led multidisciplinary teams of up to 82 staff across sectors including education, protection, cash assistance, WASH, livelihoods, and youth and women’s skills development. Since 2016, I have served as Founder and Executive Director of a non-profit organization, building and sustaining strategic partnerships with donors and private sector actors to advance education and skills development outcomes.
I hold an Executive Master’s degree in Development Policies and Practices from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, complemented by a Diploma in Entrepreneurship from the Swedish Institute. I have managed multi-donor portfolios exceeding USD 2 million annually and worked closely with a wide range of donors, including UN agencies, GIZ, the US Embassy, IPSOS Foundation, and ACF. In addition to my development and humanitarian work, I bring experience in designing and delivering executive-level leadership and capacity-building programs, particularly for organizations and senior professionals across the GCC region.
My work combines strategic leadership, donor relations, and market-driven program design, enabling the development of tailored training and capacity-building solutions for corporate clients, government entities, and civil society organizations. Through this approach, I have consistently delivered scalable, compliant, and high-impact programs that serve vulnerable populations.More...
