I'm a Texas-licensed, insured Massage Therapist and Instructor (including Prenatal Certified.) After graduating from the Swedish Institute in 2010, I established Massage Refresh in 2011. My mission was to create a practice offering superb, individualized therapeutic massage while building a brand people would recognize and trust.
As a massage therapist, I administer Swedish, wellness, deep tissue, and recuperative massage encompassing myofascial release and trigger point therapy.
