From education, I made the leap into the world of property - and I haven't looked back since!
Over the last 15 years, I've gained extensive experience across both public and private sector housing, developing deep expertise in managing residential and building management portfolios, financial reporting and management of major works, ensuring compliance with lease obligations, whilst demonstrating transparency and accountability for my clients.
At Marshall Property, I lead the financial and legal operations for the business, overseeing a diverse residential portfolio of 600+ properties and 35+ block management schemes across Merseyside. In the last financial year, I facilitated over £5million in transactions, whilst maintaining management of credit control, service charge accounting, building compliance and asset management.
My qualifications include certifications from CIH, The Open University, and AAT, supporting my ongoing professional development in housing, finance and regulatory compliance.
