I am the Founder of Maluti Communications, a strategic advisory firm specialising in reputation management, crisis communication and public affairs.
I also founded Maluti Training, the training arm of Maluti, which delivers programmes in communication, leadership and organisational resilience.
With over 25 years of experience across South Africa and Mauritius, I advise organisations operating in complex, high-exposure environments. My work has included major local conglomerates, parastatal authorities, employer associations and multiple government institutions, as well as SMEs and entrepreneurs.
I am known for a hands-on, deeply involved approach, working as a partner to leadership teams rather than as a distant consultant. I operate at board and executive level, while remaining closely connected to operational realities when decisions must be taken under pressure.
Alongside advisory work, I coach senior leaders and executive teams and design and deliver training programmes that extend beyond communication, focusing on leadership communication, crisis readiness, decision-making and resilience in uncertain contexts.
I regularly lecture at universities on communication, reputation and crisis management.
