I am currently completing my master’s in public policy and management at Corvinus University of Budapest, with a predicted 4.7 CGP grade expected in July 2024 and a keen interest in evidence based problem solving.
My interest in solving problems began when I was 16 and identified the issue of learning poverty in my community, my immediate response was to collaborate with friends to solve the problem by hosting annual fundraisers we raised and donated over 20,000 learning materials across West Africa.
Some key aspects of my studies and work experience:
• Proven track record of successfully coordinating and delivering projects, consistently surpassing deadlines while maintaining the highest standards. Notably, I led the planning and execution of 3 consecutive fundraisers for the Book Bank Development Foundation which provided and donated over 20,000 learning materials to children in public schools across west Africa from 2016-2019.
• Proficient in program and performance evaluation evidenced by receiving a distinction in my thesis - An ex-ante evaluation of THEO – a technological intervention aimed at providing quality education to marginalised children in Nigeria. It involved identifying the key determinants of Edtech solutions in low- and middle-Income countries then juxtaposing the plan for THEO against the existing evidence from literature.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, refined through my academic studies and my 9-month blogging fellowship where I published 20 SEO articles with over 20,000 views. I am adept at conducting comprehensive research, preparing thorough reports, and delivering impactful presentations to peers and professors.
