Kerry Steuart is an Air Force Gulf War Veteran who holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. Retired since 2014, Kerry has drawn from personal experiences with chronic pain and PTSD to deeply understand the transformative benefits of yoga and meditation in pain reduction and mental clarity. As a dedicated yoga instructor and life coach, Kerry believes in the power of yoga to inspire physical and mental transformation. These workshops cover essential topics such as self-care, mindfulness, meditation, conflict resolution, healthy boundaries, creating meaningful mission statements, sleep, Ayurveda, financial well-being, and cultivating a blissful life. In 2017, Kerry founded MYKC - Live Bliss, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals to live intentionally and discover their true purpose through transformative life coaching.
