I’ve always loved asking questions and digging into the “why” behind the answers (much to the chagrin of my family!). That curiosity has been the cornerstone of my career, beginning in academic research in health and social outcomes before shifting to Insights where I’ve worked with some of Australia’s leading agencies and most recognized brands.
Initially working primarily in FMCG and retail clients, loving the fast pace and tangible outcomes, I was surprised to discover my true passion lies in the services and B2B industries. There’s something incredibly rewarding about navigating the complexity of these sectors— particularly in industries where the “product” isn’t something you can see or hold.
I genuinely love connecting services brands with the voices of their consumers to meaningfully change and enhance their experiences. I thrive on turning data into clear, actionable stories. Crafting engaging narratives that help stakeholders genuinely listen to their customers while supporting decision-makers to take confident, strategic steps forward.
I’ve honed my ability to design and manage projects, and then intentionally mine the data to uncover the unexpected insight. Whether collaborating with marketers on segmentation studies, refining a brand health tracker, or diving into niche U&A research, I find joy in solving puzzles and delivering outcomes that resonate.
Being a former ‘totally out of my depth and know nothing at all’ fresh insights exec sparked a passion for supporting junior consultants as they navigate their early careers. I love helping build confidence and develop the skills seasoned researchers often forget aren’t second nature. Giving them the time they need to learn on the job is a privilege.
Outside of work, I’m a creative at heart. I love sewing, watercolour painting, exploring wineries, and trying to enjoy as many moments of parenting as my sanity will allow.
