I have approximately 5 years of experience working with AT&T, where I supported customers in both English and Spanish through remote customer service channels.
My responsibilities included assisting clients with billing inquiries, technical troubleshooting, plan upgrades, and general account support. I worked as part of a remote team, managing high volumes of calls and messages while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
